Camera-images from this residence are streamed via the internet. There is feedback from inside and outside temperature, which is very handy when you're preparing the baggage for your stay. You can also 'pretend' you're your are present: you can control remotely the dimmable lighting, automated curtains, the outside music ... So you can assure that your property is kept safe during your absence. The touchscreen gives a general overview of the home when you are staying. Notice how cleverly all hi-tech of Crestron is integrated almost invisible in the home ! You program the desired atmosphere easily , such as an 'lounge mode' which creates warm lighting colors and your favorite music on the terrace. Going home … One click on the button 'go to Belgium' and the air-conditioning and ceiling-ventilation go out, the swimming pool and Jacuzzi go into ‘sleep mode’ . The holiday is over but your mind is kept peaceful .
